The location of this hotel is magnificent, just off the clubs and nightlife of Miami Beach, Florida. the hotel rooms are nicely decorated and well-kept. - the hotel offers 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed.

Good own studio in a great location to South Beach. Basically ideal for longer stays, if it weren't for the club below.

Often loud music until 4am. Bass everything vibrates. It's South Beach..

Very clean accommodation.

Unfortunately the Bacon Bitch Bar is located in the Franklin Building. From the early afternoon very loud music is played there. This goes on until 1 o'clock in the night. So if you travel as a family you should be aware of this.

The staff was very welcoming. This hotel is fairly new so the rooms are immaculate which are equipped with a modern kitchen. The location is amazing

The room I booked was kept very clean and available with luxurious feel and a sofa bed. A fridge, a kettle, and kitchenware were provided. the venue was in a very central location near to clubs and restaurants.

Thank you for a restful stay. The staff are courteous, the hotel is cool and with favourable location just off South Beach in an Art Deco building, miami for a nice quiet vacation and all restaurants. It offers excellent service.

The hotel and staff was amasing, location is great, rooms are furnished with the desinger's touch, south beach is 3 minutes's walk, stores are 1 munite walk. We'll book it again and again.

Sometimes it was uncomfortable to sleep with windows opened because of the back-street busy sounds. But shut the window and enjoy!
